Handbook

This is the handbook for how our group operates: onboarding, research practices, communication norms, and shared resources. It exists so that “how we do things” lives somewhere other than in one person’s head. The purpose of this is to help new members to settle down easily and for prospective members a gist of how the group functions.

Treat it as a living guideline, not a rulebook. If something here is outdated or wrong, we should fix it, this is a plain Markdown file just like the rest of the site, and small, honest edits are welcome from everyone in the group.
